Good Sale Experience

Sold my villa in Emirates Hills. The marketing was good with professional photos and virtual tours. They did bring buyers and we closed the deal. However, it took a bit longer than expected (about 6 weeks vs promised 3 weeks) and some communication gaps along the way. Price negotiation was decent. Satisfied with the final outcome but there's room for improvement.
